Stop the Security and Prosperity Partnership - StopSPP.com

Our governemnt has the duty to keep up and protect our borders. They have the duty to protect the states and repeal invasions, not welcome them through closed door legislation. It is pretty obvious that they aren’t going to abide by the United States Constitution so it is up the the free citizens in this Republic to protect our nations sovereignty and ensure the freedoms of our free people. Among others I find Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution interesting, see below..

Article I, Section 8, Clause 15: “The Congress shall have Power … To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions.”

Article I, Section 9, Clause 2: “The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.”

Article I, Section 10, Clause 3: “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”

Article 4, Section 4: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

Patriots, I urge you to call the White House at 202-456-1111 and ask that the President stop all planning for the North American Union and NAFTA Highway. Flood the phone lines of your state and local representatives and ask them where they stand on this issue. Remind them of the Constitution and our nations sovereignty and what it means to you.
